What is SMS Server for?

    The SMS server provides a lot of advantages compared with classical SMS sending tools: you can type your SMS more quickly than with a mobile keypad, use long messages, send messages to multiple users, define user groups for SMS sending (such as salesmen, technicians, management, standard clients, key clients, etc.).

   Of course, the application also works with incoming SMS in an intelligent way.If a salesman sends a message to a client and the client replies to the gateway number within a predefined timeout, the SMS is resent to the particular salesmen automatically. Any SMS coming from an unknown number after a predefined timeout is distributed to all SMS server users as a broadcast. To ensure that messages from certain users (e.g. key clients or family members) should be sent to you exclusively, save their numbers into your directory as your VIP contacts. Doing this you make sure that such messages will never be distributed to all users but sent only to those who designate these users as their VIP contacts.
